Ingredients: Pau d' arco, chamomile, organic vitex berries, spearmint, organic red clover blossoms, strawberry leaf, organic tulsi, organic licorice root, organic cramp bark and organic nettle leaf.

Brew tea at 212º - steep for 5 minutes.
