We are a small family run business, and while we work hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible, please allow for some extra time for your package to be prepared and shipped.
For domestic orders within the United States, we offer both Standard and Priority shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while Priority shipping takes 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.
For international orders, please allow for additional time for customs processing, which can take 1-3 weeks. We will do our best to get your package shipped as quickly as possible, but please be patient as international shipping can sometimes take longer.
All of our handmade and hand engraved items are created to order, please allow for a one to two-week production time when ordering. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality, unique products, and since each item is hand-done and made from real crystals and gemstones, no two items are exactly alike. Please allow for some variation in color, size, and weight.
If you need an item sooner, please contact us to see if it is in stock and if expedited shipping is available. You can check the shipping rate for your order at checkout, which will include any applicable sales tax for Massachusetts residents.

ALL SALES FINAL POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, but please understand that all sales are final. This policy is for both online and in-store purchases. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind or personal preference
Incorrect size or fit
Damage or defects that were disclosed to the customer prior to the sale
Custom or personalized items
We encourage you to carefully review the product description and any provided images before making your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.
We stand behind the quality of our products and will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise. However, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after a sale has been completed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While we have a firm All Sales Final policy, we understand that there may be exceptions. If you have a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for an authorization to return.
The item that is being returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and tags attached. All returns and repairs must be accompanied by a copy of your purchase. Returns will be credited when the merchandise is received and inspected.
Please pack the item in its original package and ship it in a sturdy carton sealed with strong tape. We are not responsible for any returns that are damaged due to inadequate packaging. Mark your package clearly "Attn: Returns Department" and include your invoice and customer numbers to facilitate your return.
We charge a 15% restocking fee (plus postage) on all refused or unclaimed orders, declined credit card orders, and items returned for a refund. We reserve the right to decline a refund on all merchandise returned after the 14-day period
We apologize if you received a damaged item in your shipment. In order to process a claim for a damaged item, we will need photos of the damaged product, as well as the package it was shipped in (both inside and outside). We will also require you to fill out a short claim form, which acts as a written affidavit to verify the claim with the shipping carrier. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Creating a customer account with us is completely optional and not required for any purchase. However, if you're a frequent shopper and want to keep track of your orders, shipping and tracking information, and more, having an account can be a helpful tool.
