PURCHASES & SHIPPING
All engraved items are hand made and created to order. Please allow for variation in color size and weight. We maintain our high reputation for Gallery type products with a uniqueness all their own. Since the items are all hand done and on real crystals and gemstones, no two items are alike.
Items are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Express delivery is available on in-stock items (and occasionally custom work in slow season) at additional costs. Items ship ground service best way possible. Usually priority mail in the U.S. depending on size and weight. International orders are subject to actual shipping charges to their location.
If you need an item sooner, please contact me. I do try to keep items stocked as much as possible and frequently offer free shipping over $50 within the US. International orders are always welcome and ship standard US mail. You can always check the shipping rate in checkout. They will be calculated before purchase. Sales tax is charged for Massachusetts residents.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please return any item that does not satisfy you completely within 30 days from purchase. We'll be glad to make an exchange and offer you a store credit . (If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.) All Sale items are Final sales. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns and repairs must be accompanied by a copy of your purchase. Returns will be credited when the merchandise is received. Please Mail your return to:

To return an item:
Pack the item in it's original package and shipped in a sturdy carton sealed with strong tape. We are not responsible for any returns in non-padded envelopes or breakage due to inadequate packaging.
Mark your package clearly Attn: Returns Department. Note your invoice and customer numbers to facilitate your return.
Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all returned shipments. For your protection, ship all returns prepaid and insured. We will pay to ship exchanges back to you via ground service.
We charge a 15% restocking fee (plus postage) on all refused or unclaimed orders, declined credit card orders and items returned for a refund. We reserve the right to decline refund on all merchandise returned after the 30-day period.
Custom order policy
CUSTOM ORDERS ARE ONLY REFUNDABLE BY STORE CREDIT UP TO 50% OF THE PURCHASE. This is due to the extreme nature of the products resale value.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
