Delicate and delectable - you'll fall in love with this new green tea blend! We've combined a Chinese green tea with strawberry fruit pieces, organic cacao nibs, and a fragrant fresh strawberry flavoring, to create a blend that is refreshing and aromatic. The tea brews to a distinctive ecru cup with a light strawberry cream taste and just a hint of chocolate.

Ingredients: Green tea, organic cacao nibs, flavoring and strawberry fruit pieces.

Brew tea at 180º - steep for 2-3 minutes. Certified Kosher

Creme de la Berry Tea Chocolate Sorbet

    1 cup of sugar
    ½ cup of cocoa powder
    ½ tsp vanilla extract
    ¼ tsp salt
    2 cups of water
3 Tbsp Crème de la Berry green tea

Combine the sugar, cocoa, vanilla extract, salt and water in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Heat until the sugar is dissolved and the temperature reaches no more than 185°. Add the tea, cover and remove from the heat. Steep for 5 minutes.

Strain the tea leaves and pour into an 8x8 glass pan. Cool to room temperature, then place in the freezer. Stir every couple of hours to get a smooth consistency.
