Journey of the White Bear: Path to the Center of Your Shaman's Heart
Connect with the White Bear and Develop a Heart of Service
Featuring powerful combinations of indigenous teachings and modern, earth-based practices, this book empowers you to live more fully and passionately. Robin Tekwelus Youngblood and Sandy D'Entremont present their system, based on the Medicine Wheel, that calls on the spirit of White Bear to guide your personal growth. With their help, you'll transform your habits, dissolve blocks, and share your gifts with the world.
Journey of the White Bear shows you how to reach spiritual maturity, bring forth your personal medicine, and discover your Shaman's heart―a heart that holds unconditional love and respect. You'll explore the Seven Sacred Directions and engage with them on four levels: spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental. Robin and Sandy provide ceremonies, journal exercises, correspondences, shamanic tools, and community work to help you manifest your soul’s purpose and encourage others to do the same.
Robin Youngblood, Okanagon/Tsalagi, is a shamanic practitioner/healer, international minister, and teacher. She learned the sacred teachings of indigenous elders from her own Native American tribes, along with Siberian, Polynesian, Aboriginal, and African practitioners. Robin has been a member of the Seven Generations World Wisdom Council, a founding member of Grandmothers Circle the Earth, and a founding member of the Sacred Earth Council.
Sandra D'Entremont has been a student of earth-based spiritual practices for over twenty-five years. She is a ceremonial singer, intuitive seer, and healer. Sandra has also taught drum-making and shamanic practices in the Pacific Northwest.
